Downstairs basement with bedroom, its own bathroom, and a little bit of extra space. Kitchen will be shared and the laundry is upstairs which will be shared.

It’s just here myself trying to find some extra income and I’m looking for a responsible tenant. I keep to myself for the most part and expect my privacy just as you should expect yours.

The only shared space we will have is the kitchen, and you will have to come upstairs to do laundry which is fine as long as my privacy is respected as I will respect yours.

Please be clean, no smoking indoors, have a stable income and no party enthusiasts.
