Hi friends, I’m looking for a female roommate to share two bedrooms and two baths apartment near Eglinton and Bathurst.

It’s available for immediate occupancy or March 1.

The room comes with a queen size bed, desk, chair, book shelf, standing mirror, a walk-in closet, and a private washroom. The entire unit is 1025 sq ft. when you come in for a viewing you’ll notice how spacious the room is:)

Livingroom and the kitchen is shared. I’d like someone who can clean up after themselves and organized (or at least for the shared spaces). I don’t mind having friends over as long as it’s communicated and you clean up your guests’ mess. A portion of the livingroom is rented out for a third person. Please be mindful of others. I enjoy meeting new people but if you are more reserved and need more personal space, I’ll respect that too :)

Laundry room is within the building for 24/7 Parking lot is available for 125$/month, two months notice is needed to arrange and to end. It will be first and last and 50$ for key deposit.

The area is close to LRT, presumably to open sometime this year. Multiple bus lines running in the proximity.

The rent includes hi-speed internet, and all utilities.
