The house is within walking distance to Mt. Doug, and a 10 minute drive to UVic, there are also buses that go directly to UVic campus or downtown. The suite has a dishwasher, in-unit laundry as well as an outdoor storage area. The bedroom itself is on the basement level of the house, it gets lots of natural light and has very high ceilings (so it doesn’t feel like a basement). The room can also come partially furnished

You would be living with 5 other girls, all in our early 20s and working or attending UVic. We value communication and cleanliness, we also like to have movie nights and roomie dinners but also all do our own things at times.
