Joy's room

I am looking to rent a private room in my condo/apartment. I have not rented out the space and I am using the room as an office space. The room will be cleared when I find the right person. I live alone with a senior small dog.

Single female, preferably a student. I am looking for someone neat and tidy, responsible and respectful. No parties and no sleepovers allowed.
