Roommate to Share Sunnyside Apartment

This 2 bedroom apartment is shared with a mature professional who works at UCalgary. The bedroom available can fit a queen-size bed & a small desk and has a large closet, but the room will be unfurnished.

Rent and Utilities: Monthly rent is $900 includes utilities of heating and water. I am paying $950 due to a larger bedroom. The total monthly rent for the unit is $1850. Damage Deposit of one month’s rent is required. Internet is $45 and Electricity $30. Total internet bill is $90 and total electricity bill is $60.

Lease: March 1 or Feb 1 move in date. 6 or 12 month lease.

Location: 7 min walk from the Sunnyside C-train station and a 10 min ride to the University of Calgary campus, 2 min to SAIT/AB University of the Arts.

Also a 10 min walk from the Bow River walkway and the Kensington shopping area with a grocery store, Orange Theory gym and numerous restaurants/coffee shops.
