Fully furnished bedroom includes: TV, Bar Fridge, Toaster, Microwave with your own 3 piece bathroom, laundry on same floor as bedroom. Cable, WiFi, Netflix, all linen for bed & bath. Please, no outside furniture (no room). Room is excellent for someone working up north, traveling sales person, someone that works a LOT and just needs a place to crash. Prefer a quiet senior but will consider others. Street parking is available. Close to Airdrie Superstore and within walking distance of downtown.

Two easy going seniors live here, who prefer to have a “quiet roommate” join the home. Would like a non-smoker, non-drinker, no cannabis or other such drugs. No pets allowed as owner has dogs so you MUST love dogs.
