Street parking is available - usually in front of home. Home is close to Airdrie Superstore, Genesis Recreation Centre, Vet Clinic, Restaurants. Quick access to Airport, Cross Iron Mall, Casino and within walking distance of downtown Airdrie. Great neighbourhood!
About the roomies
Two quiet seniors presently reside here. No smoking IN THE HOME, minimal social drinker o.k., absolutely NO CANNABIS or other such drugs in the home or on the property. No cats allowed as owner has dogs coming & going so you MUST love dogs and be able to put up with Owner’s dogs in home (they come & go).
