Room to rent in townhouse with shared use of the main bathroom (there is also a 2pc available). Looking for a professional female as this is an all female house. No pets, no smoking on property, no couples, clean and tidy. Room can be furnished or unfurnished, small back yard but close to parks, amenities and bus routes (if needed).

Older professional female looking for a renter of similar age but open to younger person. I am quiet and enjoy reading, movies, fibre arts. I love animals but don’t love the wear and tear on furniture and carpets.
