The apartment features a spacious living area with a TV and a futon for shared use, and the kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for cooking up your favorite meals. We also have a washer and dryer right in the apartment, which is super convenient. There’s an ensuite parking spot available as well.

The location couldn’t be better! We’re right off Eglinton Avenue West, close to Freshco, No Frills, Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Dollarama. Plus, there’s a walking trail behind the house—perfect for a peaceful walk or some outdoor time.

I do have two bunnies, each with their own enclosed pens in the apartment. They’re sweet and love attention but are also very chill, so no worries if you’re not a pet owner yourself!

About Me: I’m a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and a vegetarian, and I absolutely love maintaining a peaceful, healthy lifestyle. I work as a nurse, with both day and night shifts, so I’m respectful of privacy and quiet time. I also value a clean, tidy space and a positive environment. I’m friendly and enjoy making connections, but I do appreciate the need for quiet moments, especially given my shift work. There’s also a designated yoga space in the living area for my practice or yours!
