I’m subletting a room with an attached bathroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment directly on the UBC campus (close to the mcdonalds and approx 10 min walk to the nest). The room I’m subletting is shared with one of the girls and is half furnished (twin bedframe and desk). The sublet is for this semester (Feb - April, however can move in asap and will consider summer sublet). Girls only please!!! And preferably UBC student!

There are two other girls you will be sharing the apartment with. Both are UBC students! One is a third year bio major and the other one is second year undeclared. We are all friendly and hope to gain a new friend out of this! I’m hoping to give my spot to someone who is clean and respectful like the other girls you will be sharing the apartment with!
