Great condo in Griffintown with rooftop spa, pool and barbecue areas. Gym in the building. Washer and dryer, and dishwasher in unit. Balcony with table set. Your own private room with a queen bed and wardrobe. I would use the secondary room to sleep 2 nights per week, as I live in the countryside and work downtown twice a week. The rest of the time condo is 100% yours! 8 min walk to Bonaventure Metro station. 10 min walk to canal Lachine. 20 min walk to old port, Atwater market and downtown. Hydro and Internet included.
