May be changed to include I with rent if unit is full. During this time shared with other tenants making it very reasonably priced. Lead subscriber may have for free if desired. Kitchen is shared with full service with fridge and stove. A/C and mini fridge is allowed in price. Landlord has some vehicle access if needed. Lives on main floor, large greenspace in fenced in backyard, also shaded seating in open sideyard.

Clean and quiet tenants preferred. Willing to sign a tenancy agreement month to month. Long stay tenants always welcome. Landlord lives on ground floor.
