There are 2 units upper and lower on main floor. There’s no smoking in the home. Designated outside area or on sidewalks. No pets in upstairs unit please, due to safety issues in stairwell, etc. Shared internet with other tenants making it very reasonably. Kitchen is shared with full service fridge and stove. A/C and mini fridge is allowed in price. Landlord has some vehicle access if needed. Lives on main floor, large greenspace in fenced in backyard, also shaded seating in open sideyard.

Clean and quiet tenants preferred. Willing to sign a tenancy agreement month to month. Long stay tenants always welcome.
