Room for Rent – Downtown Ottawa (240 Frank Street)

I am looking for a male or female roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit located at 240 Frank Street, Ottawa, Ontario. I will be moving in on February 1, 2025, signing a new lease, and the room will be available around February 15, 2025.

About the Unit: • One bedroom will be occupied by me, and I am seeking a responsible and respectful tenant for the second room. • The unit is unfurnished, so you will need to provide your own furniture for your bedroom. • The common areas (living room, kitchen, etc.) will also be unfurnished initially, but I plan to furnish them over time. • There is no parking just an FYI.

Rent & Utilities: • $1,100/month (includes water, heat, and hydro) • Internet is an additional $45/month (shared total cost is approximately $90 including tax). • If you prefer to be added as an additional tenant on the lease papers, the rent will be $1,000/month (excluding water, heat, hydro, and internet).

About Me: • Male, 30 years old, originally from Pakistan. • Work Monday to Friday in downtown Ottawa. • Usually spend weekends out and about.
