About the room
Hi, I have a private room and bathroom + shower available in a double bedroom in centre town at minto condo.
Available February 1st 2025 (one-year lease is preferred)
The rent covers the cost of ALL utilities as well. There is in-unit laundry and dryer as well as a dishwasher.
- price is negotiable to an extent.
- I may be able to furnish the room at request :) (Kitchen + living room is already fully furnished)
The building itself has a beautiful party room, huge patio for bbq and gatherings as well as a very large gym (including cycling and yoga room) and also a large pool with jacuzzi.
I can send a full video of the residence upon request - serious inquiries only pls :)
If interested, we can set up a date to tour the place in person.
Required of you:
- $300 deposit for interested applicants (this will be reduced from the last month’s rent)
- two pieces of ID
- last and first months rent
- completion of the application
About the roomies
I a full-time university student in neuroscience. I am quite social and love food and crime shows. I have 3 cats! They’re super friendly and quiet (sleeping mostly haha).
