Hi, I have a private room and bathroom + shower available in a double bedroom in centre town at minto condo.

Available February 1st 2025 (one-year lease is preferred)

The rent covers the cost of ALL utilities as well. There is in-unit laundry and dryer as well as a dishwasher.

• I may be able to furnish the room at request :) (Kitchen + living room is already fully furnished)

The building itself has a beautiful party room, huge patio for bbq and gatherings as well as a very large gym (including cycling and yoga room) and also a large pool with jacuzzi.

• $300 deposit for interested applicants (this will be reduced from the last month’s rent)

I a full-time university student in neuroscience. I am quite social and love food and crime shows. I have 3 cats! They’re super friendly and quiet (sleeping mostly haha).
