We’ve available rooms in a shared apartment on February 1, 2025. Safe and quiet neighborhood at Sainte-Marie near Frontenac and Papineau metro stations. Short/med/long-term but long-term will be prioritized.

Monthly rent (no deposit): [ $900-850-790 (Room A/B/C) fixed* ] + [ $20 internet share (400 Mbps/Fizz) ] + [ $20 (Summer) to $60 (Winter) estimated Power and Hydro bill ]

It’s a 5 ½ fully-furnished apartment on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, well renovated and very clean. The rooms in this ad have the similar dimensions of [ 10.40 squared meter / 110 squared ft ] and one has a bay window with access to the rear walkway, and others have huge windows. Furnished with different and possible slight variations based on preferences of potential tenants. The desk, chair, PC setup and piano are of my roommate’s (not included). Feel free to bring your own and we could discuss reduced prices.

You’ll occupy the accommodation with me, Rami! An international Master’s student, who works in AI research. If I’m not not cycling to work, I’m in my room the rest of the time working remotely. I like art, history and literature as well as middle eastern and mediterranean food but pastry is superior to everything :D.. I spend some of my time trying new recipes and invite my housemate to try them :”) [ see pictures ] I’m a tidy, non-smoker and a quiet person who enjoys lengthy conversations about culture and history – can be boring sometimes :’D My sweetest moment is a hot beverage on a rainy day watching a documentary about the tea ceremony of Japan.
