🏡 It’s a 5 ½ furnished shared apartment on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms 🛌, a living room 🛋️, a kitchen 👨‍🍳 and a bathroom 🛀, well renovated and very clean. It has a storage room, an oven, a new fridge, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The room in this ad has the approximate dimensions of [ 10.40 squared meter / 110 squared ft ]. The room is featured with a balcony to backyard and a built-in closet. It’s furnished with: double bed, mattress, 2 pillows, 2 cushions, bedsheets, blanket, desk, chair, laundry basket, waste bin and a fan. It could have different and possible slight variations but feel free to bring your own and we could discuss reduced prices. We might have other rooms with different available timing (check other listing). 🪑🪴 📺

If I’m not not cycling to work 🚴‍♂️, I’m in my room the rest of the time working remotely 💻.
