1 bedroom in a shared 4 bedroom townhouse. Move in February 1st

The room is 10.5’ x 9’ with hallway like space for the door opening.

Rent price includes utilities and wifi, but we are expecting a utility increase by about $15/person by March.

The House:

-Spacious living room with attached second story balcony -In-unit laundry -1.5 bathrooms. Upstairs bathroom will be shared between you and one other person. -street parking in summer -Food is mostly individual, although we share a couple of common items like milk and cooking ingredients

We are 3 young introverted adults. We are all kind, respectful and nerdy people. We are neurodivergent and lgbtq+ friendly. Here is a bit about each of us:

Female (22) - Student, likes lego, Harry potter, and gaming

Male (23) - Outdoor educator, likes board games, and video games

Male (23) - Educator, likes rock climbing, video games, and lord of the rings

Gandalf (10) - He is a cat

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is introverted, and on the quiet side like us. but also up for the occasional movie or board game together if they’d like. no smoking no car (parking is taken up already) no dog or cat
