We are 2 UW KIN students looking for 3 student tenants to sign a lease with us on this house for Sept 2025. This is a 2 bath, 4 bedroom house with 1 den space and room in the basement. There is a living area, kitchen w dinning area and large backyard space with a porch. There is an entrance floor (with room one and bath 1), basement (with the den), mainfloor, and then an upstairs (rooms 2-4 bath 2).

Rent is 4000/month split between the 5 roommates. Pricing will vary based on room sizing/accommodations. Utilities added ontop of that.
