The house is located in a quiet neighborhood up in Peachland with incredible lake views, very little traffic, good neighbors, and quick access to parks, hiking trails, and beaches all within minutes. The house has a large yard with several outdoor spaces - mid-level deck, top-floor balcony and basement walk-out - and a huge garden and flower beds. The common spaces are large and furnished (by us), providing lots of spaces to live, work, or socialize. Other rooms and amenities include: Loft with balcony, upstairs living room with huge windows, downstairs living room with couches and tv, garage and other storage. Your bedroom would be downstairs and you would share the bathroom with one other individual.

We are three late-twenty-somethings who moved from Alberta over the last couple years. We have a well-behaved, quiet dog and one cat. We’ve been friends for a while but love to meet new people and socialize, and enjoy hosting people at our house. We have a variety of interests including movies, video games, hiking, mountain biking, paddleboarding, and taking our boat out on the lake. Since we all eat vegan, we share food and cooking responsibilities, as well as housekeeping. We would love to find someone who is also interested in sharing food and responsibility to care for the house (though not a necessity), and someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly. We would consider pets as we all love animals, but would love to talk and interview each other before anyone makes a commitment!
