Harley Wonnacott's room

I have a room for rent in Woodlands area! The rent is $1500, it includes the room (free range of all common areas of course), all utilities, wifi, a parking stall with a plug, trash disposal, lawn maintenance year round. Everything, and No Deposit! U would be in the furnished master bedroom, there’s in unit laundry (just got a new dryer), a dishwasher, there’s a balcony upstairs in the living room, and a patio downstairs.

My house is in a really ideal place. Walking distance from a Safeway, Shoppers Drugmart, a Dollarama just opened up as well, and there r other shops, a doctors office, a Scotiabank, restaurants, and a bar. All those r a 10min walk away. Directly across the street from the house is a strip mall with some other shops, a hair salon, a dentist office, and another bar. Again that’s just walking distance, driving distance there is so much more within a 10min drive.

I also live right across the street from a bus stop if u don’t drive/ not planning on driving one night that goes right to Anderson train station and South Center Mall, and the Max Yellow is by the Safeway. As well as living right by the Woodbine entrance to Fish Creek Park which has BEAUTIFUL hiking trails, and is a 5 minute drive, or a 20 - 30min walk from the house (photos included)

My roommate got a job out of town and is moving February 1st so the room is available really soon. I understand the price is pretty steep, but WELL worth it with the area
