A room is available in my bright, modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at 55 Gerrard St. W starting February 5th. I am looking for someone for temporary stay of 6–8 months (negotiable).

The unfurnished room comes with its own private ensuite bathroom, while the rest of the unit is fully furnished and includes conveniences like a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The building is packed with amenities, including a 24/7 gym, study spaces, a social area, a BBQ terrace for summer, and even a cinema room and event spaces (with small fees). The location is unbeatable—just steps from shops (including IKEA), restaurants, and public transit (5-minute walk to College subway station).

Rent is $1,350/month, which includes internet. We will split the utilities (~$70/month per person).

Move-in is available starting February 5th, and we will sign a roommate agreement with deposit.

I’m a 34-year-old LGBTQ+ environmental professional working as a public servant for the Government of Ontario. I’ve been in Canada since 2021 and live a peaceful, balanced life.

I work from home a couple of days a week and sometimes travel on weekends. I’m tidy, respectful, and value a warm, non-judgmental living environment.

There are no pets in the unit (just a few plants), and I’m looking for someone who’s responsible, easygoing, and a good fit for this home. Let me know if you have any questions!
