A bright, private master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is available in my modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in downtown Toronto starting August 4, 2025. I’m looking for a responsible and respectful individual for a temporary stay of 6 to 12 months. The dates are flexible.

The condo is centrally located, just a short walk from College subway station and streetcar lines. You’ll find everything you need nearby, including shops, restaurants, and an IKEA right across the street. The University of Toronto, Toronto Metropolitan University, major hospitals, libraries, and cultural venues are all within walking distance.

Rent is $1,450/month. The rate is all inclusive (utilities and internet). Will be signing a roommate agreement. The following will be requested upon signing: passport ID, first month’s rent, and one-month rent as deposit (refundable at end of stay).

The room is available for one person only, (not available for couples). Underground parking is available, and is extra (225$ per month, 6 months min. is requested by the management). Currently receiving allergy treatment; I am not able to have pets in the unit.

About me: I’m a 34-year-old LGBT professional working as an environmental officer in the public service. I’ve been living in Canada since 2021 and lead a quiet, stable life. I work from home two days a week and occasionally travel out of town. I value a respectful, non-judgmental, and peaceful home environment, and I’m looking for someone who shares those values.
