Two bright and spacious rooms available in our 3 bed, 1 bath house on the edge of Oak Bay! This incredibly convenient location provides you with nearby bus stops for the 15, 7 and 11, with UVic and downtown 15 minutes away and an easy 25 minute walk to Willows Beach. Street parking available. About 5 minutes of walking to Oak Bay Rec, a grocery store, and plenty of takeout. Also great for cycling with ample bike storage and close to Haultain.

There is room for a cat with a pet deposit. Cannabis friendly, no smoking inside. There’s room for your furniture, as the room is unfurnished. Guests welcome as long as you’re respectful about noise and etc, but generally not a big deal as I have people over often :) Rent is $1015, with additional utilities usually coming to about $100 monthly (though gas/water changes with the seasons).

I occupy the attic and have been living here since last March. I am a student at UVic doing a double major in history and Indigenous Studies, and also work part time (full time in summer). Im an old soul and get along well with both older and younger people. I’m friendly and always happy to strike up conversation, while I also enjoy an ample amount of alone time! In my spare time I’m usually outside, cooking or baking, or watching TV.
