One of two rooms for rent in an awesome burnaby townhouse. It’s a 3 bedroom + office (room with patio door to back yard is the office), with 1.5 bathrooms, 2 balconies, lots of storage, and a small private backyard space. Includes in-suite laundry and high speed internet. There is one additional parking space up for grabs, and the Sperling-Burnaby Lake train station is literally across the street.
Room: Large master bedroom, with large closet and private half bath (no shower). Room also has private outdoor space attached (small storage unit currently present can be removed if requested), great for small brunch table or reading bench. Queen bed not included, only there to help show size of the room. No smoking, no pets. $1650 - utilities included.
Me: early 40’s male professional, employed full time (work daytime 9-5). Easy going and respectful. Seeking male or female roommates. Preference given to people who work evenings (servers, bartenders, security, etc), but all are welcome to apply! Gatherings ok (dinner party, games night etc), but no parties. Looking for respectful, responsible, and easy going tenants.
As you can see from the photos, I’m still unpacking. The backyard will have outdoor furniture and a propane fireplace, and the TV (75’) in the living room will be mounted to the wall, there’s a desk going into the office, and additional artwork to be put up, etc.
