Hi Folks! Looking for someone for either a long term or short term arrangement. I am looking to move out of my small but private Bachelor unit for feb 1. It is located in the Annex incredibly close to Spadina Station.

The rent is for 1250$ if someone wants to sign a new lease you would need 1st and last but if you want to sublet for 4 months my lease ends at the end of may

The unit is pet friendly, there is access to laundry in the building, all utilities and internet is included in the cost ( parking is also possible for an additional cost of about $80 a month with the rental company

The unit has a private bathroom and I also have build in some shelves that you can keep. There is no kitchen however, there is a hot plate and fridge provided. This is a great building that’s quiet and spadina station makes it easy to get around as it has both east/west and north/south access to the ttc.
