Welcome:) My fiancé and I are new to Calgary from Winnipeg currently renting and looking for a roommate. Our roomate recently moved out so we are looking to replace on short notice. Available for move in on or around February 1st, lease is renewed May 1st. Pictures show what would be your private spaces as well as shared laundry. Not shown is the upstairs and shared kitchen. All amenities are included in the rent of $1050 for a single person or $1500 for a couple (heat, water, electricity, garbage, wifi). Pets are welcome but must be compatible with cats as we have multiple (they are very friendly and social). We are a professional couple in our early 20s looking for someone similar like a young professional or student. We are hoping for a roommate who is also friendly and social as many spaces are shared. My fiancé and I moved here around 7 months ago after we took a trip here and fell in love. We are very active and love to do different activities, we don’t party besides a casual Friday night in or UFC night. We have a couple cats that are our babies and we are both professionals looking to go back to school. We are very open and love to have fun and goof around. Overall we are a very chill and happy couple new to the city :)
