• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, standard cooking appliances, and extras like a mixer, breadmaker, hotpot, blender, microwave, and more. Second fridge on site if needed, but not currently being used
• Laundry: Basement laundry area with washer, dryer, and additional pantry/storage space.
• Living Spaces: Spacious living room with light furnishings, open to redecorating.Dining area with extra storage. Access to:- Back Porch & Backyard; - Front Balcony
• Parking: Garage and driveway available. Garage can be kept clear for other uses if needed. The other housemate will be bringing a car in May, so parking spots may need to be shared, please contact me to discuss this if you require parking space. The house is spacious enough to make adjustments and create shared or individual spaces based on mutual needs. I’m open to collaborating with the right housemates to make it feel like home.
