Young/middle-aged female professional seeking a single occupant roommate to share a 3+1 bed, 3.5 bath executive townhome in Arnprior. Spacious home and fully furnished in common living areas. Hardwood, laminate, and tile throughout.

Each roommate will have their own bathroom and access to the common living areas. Minutes from the highway.

Must be pet friendly as I have a small dog, who will be out of the home when I’m at work. No additional pets please.

Roommates must have landlord references. Would prefer full-time employed female roommate of a similar age range if possible. Hoping to establish a friendly, yet quiet and respectful environment. No partiers or smokers please.

First and last month’s rent. 6 month rental to trial. Rent is $825 for the furnished upstairs bedroom & private bathroom (marked A). Utilities included (gas, hydro, water, HWT rental, and unlimited internet). Street parking available. Garage or driveway parking during Winter restriction.
