This private room is inside the house on the ground floor,has attached full washroom,a mini fridge,microwave,a toaster oven, coffee/tea pouches,water jug,a table, an iron for clothes and a hair drier. It has a queen size bed,two persons can sleep,if needed extra single mattress can be provided. Close to sky train station,3 minutes away to the bus stops,nearby grocery stores,shopping mall and restaurants.This room has no kitchen.Kitchen can be shared with owner if interested.No smoking,no parties,no pets.Students live in this house,so quiet guests are preferred. This room is available for both short term or long term. Note:Wifi,laundry and utilities are included in the rent.It is perfect for students or a couple who uses kitchen less.

It’s a convenient location to get Vancouver down town via train or bus.One parking spot is available for the guest/s.Family and students are currently living in the other rooms in this house.The owner lives in upstairs.
