Brand new condo located downtown at Church and Adelaide. 805 Sq Ft unit. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is being rented to the room mate. Will discuss rent amount with potential room mates. Since I’m offering the master bedroom, I’m looking between $2400 - $3000. However, I am flexible with options.
