Renting a room in a spacious apartment in East Vancouver. The apartment is fully furnished and shared amongst the residents. Utilities are not included and will be paid every two months. It varies between 50-80$. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, living room, two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a laundry room. The apartment also has a few closets available for extra storage. One bathroom is used by the couple in the master bedroom. The other one will be shared by the other roomates. The apartment is pet-friendly! We also have two parking spots in a underground parking. 3-minutes walk to the bus stop Commercial Broadway Station 15 minutes walk or 5 by bus. Safeway and drugstore close by

We are three housemates looking for a fourth one to join us! We are all in our twenties. Toutoune, a house cat, also lives with us! She’s very friendly and will come see you for many petting sessions. We love to hangout in the commun areas but also appreciate privacy and calm. We often hang out in the kitchen to catch up, but we understand that everyone has different needs. However, you are more welcome to join our many conversations, diners and movie nights! We like to keep a clean space and no drama. We are good communicators and we keep each other informed via a group chat. We are very chill and friendly! The one hetero couple occupies the master bedroom with bathroom. Work and/or studying so out of the house during the day. The other female, barista, also works during daytime.
