Deserae's room

We have 1-2 rooms for rent near orchard park. Right now one room is occupied as an office but willing to give that up for the right person! The building is modern and new, with amenities. The building is pet friendly (with some restrictions). Cat or small dog should be okay, but must be okay’s by the management. A pet deposit would be required. The building has designated smoking areas for those who need it :)

We are two working professionals (a couple M/F) who work Monday-Friday and are looking for someone who can be respectful of work schedule and quiet time, but also doesn’t mind small gatherings on weekends. We are hoping for someone we can be friends with, but also ensure all parties can discuss any concerns and maintain mutual respect.
