Deserae's room

We have 1 room for rent near orchard park. The building is modern and new, with amenities. The building is pet friendly (with some restrictions). The building has designated smoking areas for those who need it :)

We are 3 working professionals (a couple M/F, and another M) who work Monday-Friday and are looking for someone who can be respectful of work schedule and quiet time, but also doesn’t mind small gatherings on weekends. We are hoping for someone we can be friends with, but also ensure all parties can discuss any concerns and maintain mutual respect.
