My house is a 25 minute walk to the University of Winnipeg in the fun and safe area of Wolseley, Winnipeg.
One room available until May 2025. Starting in Fall of 2025-only renting rooms from Sept to the end of April, but your bedroom can be held for the next semester after summer. 1 1/2 baths, laundry, large deck BBQ and parking w plug. Furnished.

Currently until May 2025, the 2 other roomies are (I think) are Indian- father and son (student). The father does a lot of cooking w curry, so if you don’t like that, this place is not for you. But I will only be accepting students after May 2025. Rules: The bedroom is for one person unless an emergency. No smoking or deep frying Wash the bedding provided at least once a month Generally be quiet at night, from about 11 to 7. If you need to be up and about in the middle of the night this place is not for you.
