Private room for rent in a newly renovated apartment with dishwasher. It is located just a 5-10 minute walk downtown with Sobeys, superstore and NSLC on either end of the street.

All furniture will be provided for the room.

All bills and utilities, minus parking, are included (it amounts to a little less than half of what monthly expenses are between the two of us). You won’t need to sign the lease and will be added as an occupant, but I will still provide a written agreement for you, which the landlord will approve, so you have peace of mind.

I am a laid back working professional who enjoys going out for food, going to the gym and hanging out. Ideally looking for someone with shared interests. I work from home 3 days a week so prefer someone who is hybrid or in office.
