We are looking for a student to join our household

•870/month utilities and internet included ( plenty of street parking, shared laundry, garbage and recycling pick up on site, outdoor swimming pool in summer months) •Bed •Desk •fridge shared with one other housemate (total 2 fridges) • 2 bathrooms (1 shower/tub) shared •3 females and a well behaved female Labrador Retriever currently occupy the home

The furnished room available is on the lower level.There are three floors total. The lower level contains two bedrooms and a separate laundry area with some storage. The main or middle floor contains the living room, kitchen, half bathroom and dining room. The top level contains two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Total square footage is 1993sq ft. The townhouse is walking distance to the galloping goose, e trails, grocery stores, Tillicum Mall, restaurants and movie theatre, 10 minute bus to uptown mall.

The ideal candidate is a student or working professional with little to no furniture and not much kitchenware due to space. Enjoy the company of cute dogs. Respects quiet time 11pm to 9am during the weekdays. Understands the importance of keeping shared spaces tidy and clean and LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 FRIENDLY 💜

She currently works at Canada Post and at BC Ferries as a customer service agent. Hobbies & Interests: Playing video games and enjoying the outdoors through hiking and camping. Spending time near the mountains, beaches, and forests. A love for music, frequently attending shows both locally and on the mainland. Maryssa is outgoing, kind, and respectful, making her a considerate and thoughtful roommate.

About Victoria “Vic”: Vic born and raised in a small town in Ontario. Moved to BC in the summer of 2024. Vic went to school for product design and works hybrid from home and outside of home. Vic is very active and bikes everywhere for transportation and for leisure.

Hobbies and interest: Backpacking, camping, playing pool, arts and crafts, yoga, a good Netflix binge, 😺 kitties and ocean dips.
