Only for Women: Spacious and private room for rent in brand new row house. I am looking for a responsible, neat, and friendly female tenant, preferably a working professional, but I am open to anyone who meets the requirements and values a peaceful living environment.

Entire house will be shared by only 2 people in total including you. Shared washroom and common spaces. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transport. There is direct bus to Niagara college(5 min bus ride) and Brock University(15 min bus ride). Rent includes all utilities + wifi. Parking will be for extra.

There is a closet in the room and is fully furnished including:

1. Bed frame with light- brand new
2. Mattress - brand new
3. Bed cover & pillow - brand new
4. Office chair & table - brand new

Shared spaces includes:

1. Kitchen is set up with brand new appliances- Induction stove, Fridge, Microwave oven
2. Washer and Dryer
3. Patio
4. Living room

Entire house will be shared by only 2 people in total including you. Other person is vegetarian, non drinker, non smoker and peace loving person.
