Nice, well-kept home. Good sized room, with a large wall-length window! The room comes with unfurnished (we have a size double bed frame if interested). Shared kitchen, bathroom, and common areas. In-unit laundry and parking are available. Good location, within walking distance to SLC, and close bus access.

We are a co-ed group of second-year STEM students at Queens and SLC. We are studious but love to have fun in the evenings and weekends. We keep common areas tidy but your room is your business! ANYONE is welcome, reach out and we can set a time to meet! :)
