This is a beautiful massive house in the heart of Nanaimo with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean with Vancouver, BC, in its backdrop. You can watch the BC ferries commuting, beautiful sailboats, and even the fire festival in Vancouver at English Bay. If you’re a nature lover, you can watch the eagles flying, the deers roaming, and birds chirping from your room.

Transit Facility: There are nearby bus stops to the city center and universities. If you drive, there is free dedicated parking for you.

Electric Car Facility: If you drive an electric car, do not worry; we have a plugin. The cost will depend on your car’s battery size and usage. To be determined later as a flat rate/month.

Your Rental Options:

You rent a room with a shared bathroom for $880 + $100(utilities include hot water, electricity, internet, and heat). You only use the common area, such as the kitchen, dining room and 200sf to 300sf balcony.
