Roya's room

Our beautifully designed and spotless home offers two bright rooms with lovely backyard views and a fully furnished room, each rented separately. All rooms have a cozy atmosphere and ample closet space. The shared bathroom is conveniently shared among two female tenants. Free parking is available, and the location in Aurora provides easy access to bus routes and the station.

Currently, there’s only one female resident living in the home. We are expecting two more female roommates to join us soon.
