Access to the entire house, central air conditioning, 1 parking spot per room, mini washer, standard size dryer. Rooms are available as of February first 2025 or March first 2025 I am a quiet 52 year old man, looking for quiet roommates.Also you have access to the back yard so if you get those chairs like at the beach there is a deck where you can seat and enjoy the sun no neiboors in the back view of the forest only and private fencing where you can lock your bike if you do have one and winter you can store the bike in the basement.
