Looking for roommate (area J8R 0H6) 2 furnished rooms available but the rest of the house is fully furnished at $710$ a month, including heating, lighting and internet. Access to the entire house, central air conditioning, 1 parking spot per room, washer, standard size dryer. Rooms are available as of April first 2025 or available right away. I am a quiet 52 year old guy that’s just looking for two roommates that is quiet and easy to get along with. Also you have access to the backyard so you can enjoy the sun in the backyard with the view of the forest and private fencing where you can lock your bike if you do have one and winter you can store the bike in the basement. Last the house will feel like you got the house to yourself because on second floor the family room I made a small living room so the living room on first floor will be yours of course we will see each other but I wanted for the two peoples who will share the house have there own privacy space, also it comes with a private parking lot all paved and by April or May I will have security cameras for the parking lot and a alarm system for the house for safety.
