3 bedroom 2 bath. There is a basement suite, which my father lives in. For the most part, one of the bathrooms will be all yours unless guests are visiting. There is a hot tub in a spacious back yard, which you are welcome to use.

I am a single 52 year old empty nester living in a 3 bedroom/2 bath house. There is just more space than I need since my daughters no longer live at home. Looking to rent out one of the rooms. I am fairly quiet and rarely entertain. Looking for someone similar.
