The room is in the attic, which makes it a very unique and cozy space. The property is in a very good area, basically everything you need within a ten minute walk. Locke St, James St, Nations, any bus in the city very accessible. It’s a wonderful old building with a lot of charm and lots of green space. The room also has access to a shared rooftop patio which is wonderful in the summer. I forgot to take pictures of the inside before I left, but I’ll forward anyone who’s interested to my old roommate and they can send photos.

I’m trying to find someone to take my old room. There’s only one other room and the person living there loves music and cooking. They’re very earnest and have a good sense of humour. They keep up with cleaning and household chores as well, caring about maintaining a good living space. I’m just posting here to help them find a new roommate, so I’ll send anyone interested their way.
