About the room
Hi, we are looking for a room mate in a 4 room house. It’s located in church and Carleton area. We keep the house very clean with a cleaning rotation. None of us are party people and most in the house are mature. We are looking for a professional, kind, clean person.
The rent is 950 utilities included. We’re quite environmentally conscious.
The landlord is nice and keep the place well maintained so we do out best to keep it clean.
The room comes semi furnished.
