Condo in Markham for 2 female roommates.

I have one bedroom and one other room in my condo I am renting out together so the tenant will have ample dedicated space. The bedroom is larger than it appears in the picture. The second space can be a home office, great for those who work from home, or a living space. There are two photos (pictures 2 and 3) for the second space as I am not yet sure which one I will be offering with the bedroom.

The kitchen and dining space will be shared with me and one other tenant, and the bathroom will be shared with only me.

I also have another room available. A Master Bedroom with a private bathroom available.

The rooms can come furnished.

The rent is $1250 plus utilities (split between us occupants). Parking is $50.

Great views.

Lots of amenities in the community (i.e. stores, public transportation, library, as well as community center).
