Mark's room

Hello I’m looking to rent the spare bedroom of my bungalow house. The house is 1160 sq ft, 3 full bedroom 2 full bath. I will be living in one of the bedrooms. Currently I have no roommates, but I will be having a 31 year old roommate move in on April 1st.

The rent is $700 per month and includes utilities, internet, Netflix, as well as parking on the street/parking pad. Send me a message and we can set up a time to view the property.

I’m ideally looking for a female roommate to occupy the spare bedroom on the main floor of my house so that both women will share the upstairs bathroom and I will use the downstairs bathroom.
