Absolutely NO Smoking, Drinking, Drugs, inside the condo. There is a nice balcony for enjoying the sun. Quiet time 10pm to 8am. Rent includes Wifi. Heat as available, hydro, etc. Does NOT include food, or beverages or laundry or cleaning services. There is laundry downstairs :)

I’m 57, young, disabled, photographer, artist type, have seizures. Need it low key for that reason. Like to eat well. Chill out. No drama. No D&D. I am currently renovating the kitchen. If you can help with that huge bonus points!
