Looking to share my cozy little home with someone. It’s a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house with a fully renovated basement, detached garage, garden bed in the backyard and a gym/ treadmill set up. My house is in a family friendly neighbourhood with a school right across the street! There’s a grocery store, Shoppers, Hotshop spin & yoga facility and many other amenities near by! Easy access to the ring road and 15 minutes from the South Health Hospital.
The room itself has a walk in closet and a separate bathroom upstairs. It comes fully furnished with a bed and table so if you’re looking to move with ease, that’s taken care of!

I’m a 29 year old professional woman and part time student. If I’m not in the office working or in class, I’m usually taking my golden retriever hiking, running, or out at the barn riding my horse! I love nature and love being outside. And as active as I am, I’m even more social! I love having people over or going out to meet up with friends!
I keep my house tidy and organized, just with a sprinkle of Golden Retriever fluff drifting around (as much as I vacuum, it never ends!)
