The room is in a private and quiet area on the third floor of the home, included a dd sizw bed, a 4 dresser drawer, night tble n tv, feel free to bring your own. moderate size closet. There is lots of available parking there are two library and close by. There are 3 buses nearby if public transport is needed for example the 302, 916 and 920 services the north end area. lower down is the 900 pulse. It is one bus ride to Durham college. There is a plenty of amenities such as Walmart,, frescho, shoppers Drug Mart, No frills an plenty of other amenities are close by with plenty of restaurants if you desire. The townhouse is a 4 bedroom unit currently occupied by myself, my adult son, and my two for babies cats Fiona and Star. It is a 3 le3vel townhome with a washer and dryer, freezer in the basement. The home is usual generally quiet. It is clean and there is a bac porch if you smoke. There is no cable but we do have Wi-Fi you can also purchase your own cable if you require it. This is perfect for a student. looking to rent till the end of the semester or for short-term rentals up to six months, maybe negotiabl. it is also great for out-of-town worker who require a nice place to rest. during the week or weekends. Meals and laundry service are not provided, a &15.00 key deposit is required. There is full shared Bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom on the lower level. a female is preferred but negotiable, who is clean and easy going. it is a family home so no parties allowed, overnight guest limited to 1 person occasionally.
