The room is in a quiet part of North Whitby , with lots of available parking at the church with only 4 parking spots in the visitor’s parking there are two library and close by. There are 3 buses nearby if public transport is needed for example the 302, 916 and 920 services the north end area. lower down is the 900 pulse. It is one bus ride to Durhan college. There is a plnty of amendent such as Walmart,, frescho and no frills close by with plenty of restaurants if you desire. The townhouse is a 4 bedroom unit currently occupied by myself, my adult son, and my two for babies cats Fiona and Star. It is a 3 le3vel townhome with a washer and dryer in the basement. The home is generally quiet. It is clean and there is a bac porch if you smoke. There is no cable but we do have Wi-Fi you can also purchase your own cable if you require it. This is perfect for a student. looking to rent till the end of the semester or for short-term rental. this is also great for out-of-town worker who require a nice place to rest.
