About the room
The unit has river valley views, giant granite kitchen countertops, lots of storage and a stand-up freezer! You get your own bedroom, half of all the storage space, and we share 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom.
The building is located right outside a bus stop that goes to MacEwan, NAIT, and the U of A. The Government LRT station is an 8 minute walk away. There are lots of amenities within walking distance such as river valley trails, restaurants, parks, and more!

Hi! I am a 38 year old professional female looking for a roommate to share my condo. I am clean (but not a neat freak!) and I will be getting 2 cats! I don’t smoke, I am 420 friendly, just no smoking or vaping in the unit. I work 9-5, I don’t party, I enjoy having friends over for board games and craft nights!
