I’m looking for a roommate for my condo on the 22nd floor. My current roommate is moving out and taking her furniture, so you’ll need to furnish your room, but we can furnish the living space together. You’ll have your own bathroom, and we’ll share the kitchen and living area. The landlord is really nice, and the place is rent-controlled. I’ve been living here for a year now.

The condo also has a big balcony, and laundry is in-unit!

It’s in a great location – just 3 minutes from the 501 streetcar, 9 minutes from the 504, and a 10-minute walk from the Ossington strip. The building also has a gym!

Hey! I’m 22 and work at a health tech startup. I moved to Canada 4 years ago:) I work a 9-5 and am usually out on weekends, so I’m not home a lot of the time. I’m friendly, clean, responsible, and would love to be friends with my roommate! I’m ideally looking for a female around 25, but I’m also open to male professionals my age.

My current roommate has a cat, and our landlord is totally fine with pets, so if you have one, that’s awesome – I love animals! I don’t throw parties, but my friends do come over occasionally on the weekends. There are no strict rules – just as long as we’re all aware of what’s going on in the house.

You’ll be signing a lease, and utilities aren’t included. Expect to pay about $100/month for internet and hydro.
