I’m assigning my lease to a new potential tenant as I’ve had to return to the UK for the next few months. The lease expires on the 30th August 2025 (6-7 months) and it is available now. The Landlord and current tenants are all incredibly kind, mature and sociable.

Professionals who respect quiet and respects privacy, however they also do enjoy socialising with each other, I am positive the new tenant will not have any issues getting on with them 🙂
