I’m assigning my lease to a new potential tenant as I’ve had to return to the UK for the next few months. The lease expires 30th August 2025 (6-7 months) and it is available now.

The Landlord and current tenants are all incredibly kind, mature and understanding. The Landlord will do a few checks including a credit score check, however this will be when you are both in direct contact. She will also offer either an in person or virtual viewing.
