Looking for an individual or couple to take over ENTIRE upstairs floor of apartment (2 large rooms & bathroom). AC, central air, dishwasher, laundry, and lots of light. One of the bedrooms can be made into a living room/office space. Kitchen, laundry, and balcony will be shared. You’d be sharing these spaces with my girlfriend and I, we are on the main floor. This is a really great neighbourhood and we’ve loved living in this apartment for the past 2 years. If you want a room and an office/living room, this is a great opportunity!
