Looking to rent two room in a brand new house. Long term preferred but minimum 6 months. Furnished Room#1 is 625/month and $625 DD. Furnished Room#2 is 670/ month AND $670 DD. 40.dollars utilities.

Lots Parking on street and within complex. Close to all amenities such as grocery, restaurants, pharmacy, Costco etc drive within 12 minutes radius. Shoppers and No Frills 10 minutes walk and other stores.
If you don’t have a car, bus stop is few minutes walk.
Looking for nice, clean, friendly , responsible, respectful working person.
There is a lake across the street, soon a green space( small park) outside the house once summer starts. Peaceful quiet area. Text or message on roomies for quicker response.
